Terms and Conditions of After sales services and Product Warranty
1 The terms of handset (product warranty conform to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. The warranty of handset will be valid from the date of purchase.
  • 12 months warranty for handset
  • 6 months warranty for accessories- battery, chargers, headset, etc
  • 90 days warranty for Software-CD ROM, memory card (Nokia handsets only)
 
2 Part(s) repaired during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period

In no event, this warranty shall not cover damages resulting from:

  • Modification and alteration
  • Extreme shock or dropping the handset, repair or installation of any programs by someone other than the staff of the service provider
  • Contact with water or humidity
  • Burns or natural disaster
  • Animals or bugs
  • Unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications

Usage of other accessories which are not standard products belonged to the service provider

 
How to get warranty service
DAP (Dead After Purchased)

When making a claim under this Limited Warranty, you will be required to provide:

  • The original proof of purchase
  • The Products (or the affected part) –no scratch, complete package with box
DOA (DEAD on Arrival)

Sales Representatives will collect all defective products –no scratch, complete package with box
